Engine 24-26DGТ2 (12ChN26/26) is a modern 4-cycle diesel engine of D49 series intended for installation in locomotives of ТE114I series operated in tropical climatic conditions in Iraq.
Installation of diesel-generators 24-26DGТ2 in locomotives of ТE114I series permits to improve its technical and economic parameters, to reduce axle load, harmful emissions and smoke, maintenance and repair costs, to increase overhaul intervals.
